What’s included in an MVP Sprint?

Over six weeks, we focus on the features that create the most value for users and the most learning for the business. The goal is not to build the full vision straight away, but to create a first version that can be used, demonstrated, and developed further.

Launch-ready MVP

A functional mobile app for iOS & Android with prioritized user flows — not just sketches, wireframes, or a clickable demo.

Core feature complete

The app’s most important feature is built first, so you can show, use, and validate the solution with real users.

Backend & API

A technical foundation with a data model, business logic, and API layer that prepares the app for further development and future features.

Relevant integrations

Connections to services such as payments, booking, CRM, BankID, map services, or your internal systems — based on the scope we agree on.

Scalable foundation

A structured codebase, clear architecture, and documentation that make it easier to continue developing the app after the sprint.

100% ownership

You own the source code, design, data, and delivery with no lock-in, hidden licenses, or long-term commitments.

Fixed price: SEK 59,000

The price is fixed and excludes VAT. No ongoing hourly billing, no unclear budgets, and no surprises along the way.

100+ projects delivered for Swedish companies

How it works

Week 1

Kickoff and scope

We start with a joint workshop where we identify your target audience, define the app’s core workflow, and prioritize features for the MVP. We create wireframes, finalize the scope in writing, and get your approval for the delivery plan - all before a single line of code is written.

Week 2-5

Agile app development – sprint by sprint

The app is developed in short iterations with regular demo sessions so that you can see progress every week and provide real-time feedback. We prioritize functionality and usability - and ensure that what we deliver actually works as intended.

Week 6

Delivery, Review & Launch Plan

Your MVP will be delivered in a testable format. We’ll conduct a joint review of the app, hand over the source code and documentation, and provide you with concrete recommendations for the next phase of development. You’ll be ready to showcase the app to users and investors - and to keep building.

Some of our featured case studies

Here you can see a selection of projects we’ve completed. Do you have any questions about a project or want to know how we work? Don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to tell you more.

Results Guarantee

If we despite completing the MVP Sprint fail to deliver a fully functional app in accordance with the scope we agreed upon at the outset, we will offer a full refund. No questions asked, no exceptions. We mean what we promise.

The warranty applies to the scope document you approve in Week 1. Exactly what is included and exactly what is to be delivered is clearly defined in writing before work begins - so there is never any uncertainty about what we have agreed upon.

FAQs about MVP app development

Is the app a real mobile app or just a prototype?

You get a working mobile app with real functionality. It is not a clickable prototype or design mockup, but a first version that can be used, demonstrated, and developed further.

Can you build for both iOS and Android?

Yes, we can build for iOS and/or Android depending on your needs, technical requirements, and the scope we agree on at the start of the project.

What happens if we want to add more features during the sprint?

To keep the timeline and fixed price on track, we work from a locked scope. New ideas and additions are documented and can be prioritized for the next development phase after the sprint.

Who owns the code after delivery?

You own the source code, design, data, and documentation after delivery. Our goal is to give you full control of your product, without technical lock-in.

Is MVP Sprint suitable for every app idea?

No, not always. Some apps require a larger feasibility study, more advanced technology, or a longer development timeline. During the free meeting, we help you determine whether the MVP Sprint is the right format for your idea.
